Such a great episode.
Juwon, I guess that guy is classical tenor or an opera singer.
It doesn’t fit the contemporary rhythm of his song.
I love blank cheque its. The guy has got good vocal ability
Then I must confess, Bryan with his song ‘crying in the closet’ got me drenched in tears. Inasmuch as he didn’t show so much vocal dexterity, but I would have put him at number if I were to choose.
The black American rapper…. Hmm.. Smoking hot… I’d love to give him a kiss. Okereke did good.
Then the song ‘Christopher’
That guy is super good.
Super good.
Very dexterous use of vocal. And the drums too, so weirdly stylish… With those usual slow downs and his very sonorous voice.
He deserves the first place…. That voice is haunting and. I love his vocal dynamics too.
Then you Mike daemon. Simple and short…you are also lyrically gifted. I love the chorus.. It’s simple. Just like a true confession we make to people we have had super crush, leaving us all locked away in an unrequited-love prison.
Nice episode. I got entertained.
Keep up the good work mike
Don’t mind all the typos and incomplete sentences.
Bryan, the Ugandan, I love the song’s message.
idon’t know if anybody felt same way. He is not like the best singer in bunch, but he soaked his emotion in it.
Kele chukwu Okereke. I like beat of that song.. It’s so British. Please humour me Kele. Love your song
Wow, am glad you saw things that way@hodge, it was nice of you to register your thoughts here. Please continue to check us out.
Hey Mike,
The download only contains the No. 5 & 4 song, I can’t here the rest of the songs cos everything starts with Juwon’s opening song, ends with a cry from the closet and repeats it self from start all through.
Please we are really this is happening, we are working to get it fixed, apologies please.
Oh, I really will.
In the dark room is the most emotive of all the songs, the African beat gave a very euphoric feel to it.
It’s definitely something I’d listen to, to help me relax or get get away in my head.
The rap song was the highlight for me. The delivery and flow is sick! It felt like a mash up of Kendrick Lemar and Missy Elliott. I love it.
Cry from the closet has a catchy hook and chorus. Love the strings that opened the song and was expecting powerful vocals as a follow up. Interesting nonetheless.
Black gasby, very retro. I like too.
Hahahaha, Love your analysis@Peak
And I thought I had already registered with you, even as one of the first.
Well, I am here now with my best wishes for success – sad enough that we have to fight for something that is quite natural to me. So we fight against ignorance and intolerance, let us see how it will work.
Be strong, Mike Demon and crew. You are doing a good job!
Hi ppl, hi mike, anywhere we can refer LGBTIQ Nigerians to actually purchase these songs?
Hi ppl, hi mike, anywhere we can refer LGBTIQ Nigerians to actually purchase/ download these songs?
Hey Panker, Thanks for your entry here, I really do not know about that, as some of these songs were sent to me by the singers themselves, others you can find online.
Regards.
Hi Mike, I don’t know if we can atleast get the correct spells of their names. Some aren’t even on google. Like the south african Naken Toreh? Pronounciations can be tricky atimes. Thanks and keep up the great work
Yes, offcourse, on the list you have Cakes Da Killa – Goodie Goodies, Nakhane Toure – In the Dark Room, Kele Okereke – Humour me, Brayo Bryans – A cry from the closet, Black Gatsby – Blank Cheque, got more questions? then please ask. Thanks for listening.
This is DOPE!!!!!!!!
Thanks Mike for these wonderful songs. I like the “cry in the closet” and “goody goodies” song. The number 1 song really deserve that position,it a little bit African and alternative, very creative sound. Black Gatsby sound a little like the legendary prince. But my question is why is your song not in the countdown…… OMG do you know how you sound? ,You are multi talented, the music, lyrics, sound voice. I am giving you an 8 out of 10. and believe me it is good. Because beyonce, is 7,Taylor Swift is a 5,. Keep it up and well done
Oh, Thank you so much Michael, continue to enjoy what we do.
