The group Enekere Arts and Advocacy Foundation (EKAAF) which is an artist-run space for queer and radical creatives is accepting contents such as poems/poetry, graphics/graffiti, drawings, texts, photography, and stories shared via voice notes to be published in their upcoming Zine.
The group launched the project ‘Queering Egusi’ to engage with creatives to create content that will not only reflect the times but also for memories and archiving.
Submitted contents should respond and reflect the current political, social, and economic realities in the country. For example, issues relating to increased fuel and electricity tariffs and corruption in government institutions and establishments.
Also, due to the sensitive nature of the project and for safety, interested persons are allowed to send their contents anonymously.
All entries can be sent via email to enekeze.foundation@gmail.com
The submission deadline ends on October 10, 2020.
